CANCELLATION POLICY

The client acknowledges they have read, understand, and agree to all policies listed below. This agreement must be completed before an appointment can be scheduled. Cancellation Notice: A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Failure to provide 24 hours' notice will result in a 100% cancellation fee of the full service cost. (The 50% deposit is retained, and the remaining 50% will be charged to the card on file.) No Shows & Lateness: No Shows: Missing an appointment without any prior notice will result in a 100% service fee charge. (The 50% deposit is retained, and the remaining 50% will be charged to the card on file.) Lateness: Being more than 15 minutes late is considered a "No Show." The client will be charged the 100% no-show fee and the appointment will need to be rescheduled. Cancellation/Reschedule Limits: Cancellations: If you cancel with proper 24-hour notice more than 3 times, we will no longer be able to accept you as a client. Reschedules: If you reschedule with proper 24-hour notice more than 3 times, we will no longer be able to accept you as a client. Right to Refuse Service: 2911 Aesthetics reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.
